All products sold on this site are intended strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Orders are not eligible for return or refund based on dissatisfaction with research outcomes.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery using the contact form on our homepage. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified damaged or incorrect shipments at no cost to you.
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but the damaged/incorrect order process above still applies if there is an issue on arrival.
Because of the nature of our products, opened, used, or tampered packaging cannot be accepted for return, except in cases of verified damage or processing error on our part.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Free shipping promotions apply to orders over $200 as stated at checkout.
