All purchases are one-time payments only — Fane Global Peptides LLC does not offer subscription-based billing. Your card statement will show the descriptor FANE GLOBAL PEPTIDES.
Wholesale and bulk orders require extended processing and fulfillment time. Please allow up to 21 business days for wholesale order shipping and delivery. Wholesale shipments include cold-chain packaging where required and a Certificate of Analysis for each lot shipped.
Wholesale pricing is available by email inquiry only. To request a wholesale price list, contact us at Darrell@faneglobalbiotechsolutions.com. Phone negotiations for wholesale pricing are not available. All wholesale accounts must be verified prior to receiving pricing information.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection depends on order size, destination, and availability. All shipments include cold-chain packaging where required to preserve product integrity.
Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping typically delivers within 3–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. International buyers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable import laws and customs regulations in their country. Additional duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delays: Fane Global Peptides LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Returns are accepted within 30 days for eligible items per our Refund and Returns Policy.
Fane Global Peptides LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fane Global Peptides LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these Terms.
